By entering in the Giveaway Guidelines you understand and agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for awarding all prizes advertised and detailed in the Official Rules.
2. You will ensure each winner timely receives the prize.
3. The prizes you award must comply with all laws and regulations.
4. You may not award, alcohol, tobacco or vapes. It is advisable to award cash prizes or gift cards.
5. You will not infringe any third party rights in promoting the Giveaway.
6. You will ensure that all entrants, regardless of whether they made a purchase or not, will have the same opportunities of winning.
7. You represent and warrant that you have the right to enter into the Giveaway Guidelines and conduct the Giveaway.
8. You agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Touch Point Worldwide, Inc., and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys fees, resulting from or arising out of: (i) any breach of Your representations and warranties in this Guidelines; or (ii) Your failure to comply with Your obligations under any and all laws, rules or regulations applicable to Your under this Agreement, except to the extent such violation arises out of our failure to comply with our obligations hereunder.
